Lake Trout Recipe

Take fillets and sprinkle soy sauce over fillets and let sit for an hour. Place fillets on the grill over the fire skin side down for 10-12 minutes. While grilling, add 1 pt. Of heavy cream into a frying pan and bring to a boil. Boil about 8 minutes, on a slow boil.
At that point add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of pesto and stir in. Allow 5 minutes on a slow boil. Fillets should be done at this point. Plate the fillets and pour cream sauce over fillets skin side down. And there my friends you will be enjoying some of the best trout you ever had.
